Beginning-of-the-term staff orientation seminar on the importance of keeping your self-esteem from the quagmire of self-doubt, low self-esteem, and lack of self-acceptance was the focus of the resource person Mr. Anto Vincent, Trainer  of the Trainers,  Principal-Savant, Community College, and Ex-President, HR, Ford India Ltd.  He stressed on teachers identifying their “higher calling” not only to “know themselves” but also to increase performance.
