The Rotaract club of Patrician College of Arts and Science organized the Rotaract Blood Donation camp on Wednesday 27th of July 2011.The Chief Guest for the day was Thiru. Radha Ravi, Film Actor.

The camp was a great success with over 300 donors partaking in the event, who included both staff and students of the Patrician family. VHS, Hindu medical college and Stanley College were the institutes that helped in organizing the blood donation camp.

On the very same day the Rotaract Club Instillation took place where all the office bearers were presented their badges by the president of the Rotaract Club of Adyar

On the 12th of September 2011 the Rotaract club of Patrician College of Arts and Science organized “Hello Chennai” which exhibited the grand heritage of our proud city. The Chief Guest for the event was the honorable correspondent.S.Bro Arockia Raj. The exhibition had artifacts both form Chennai’s colonial past as well as its prehistory.

On the 12th of September 2011 the Rotract Club of Patrician college of Arts and Science organize a painting competition simultaneously held on the “conservation of mountains” to highlight to importance and the scenic beauty of mountains

On 23rd November the students of Rotaract Culb travelled to Kollamedu near Chenngalpattu and held an eye camp to raise awerness about  eye donation, eye surgery, and eye treatment

The Rotaract club of Patrician College of Arts and Science organized a trip to cancer institute on Wednesday 1st of February 2012.

The students and staff members denoted snacks and daily necessitates to the children suffering from cancer and played games with them. There were nearly 60 children suffering from cancer and they were really excited that we were there to spend the day with them

On the 28th of September 2011 the Rotaract Club of Patrician College organized a seminar on woman’s awareness in the college auditorium in association with NSS, LEO, Phoenix and YRC Clubs. The Chief Guests for the event were Dr Selvi, Mrs. Sadhana and Mr Renshi.  The Chief Guest briefed the students on various important issues concerning the well being of woman.

The Rotaract Club of Patrician College organized a Career Guidance program on the 12th of February  in assotion with the Rotaract Club of Adyar and The Rotaract Club of Ambattur. The program was inaugurated by the co ordination college, Dr. Ahila Sivashankar. The workshop was presided over by Rtn. Vasanthi Ranganathan. She spoke about the various untapped employment opportunities that are there in the market.

The students of Patrician College of Art and Science regularly volunteer as scribes for the St. Louis School for the Deaf and Dumb during their revision exams for the SSLC and HSC exams. The students stayed back after college and attended the three hour exam.

The students of Rotaract Club of Patrician College of Arts and Science participated in the college sports day March-past.  The students were holding placards to raise awareness towards Road safety. The Rotaract Club was at the forefront of the march-past, as it was the first club. Apart from the march-past, the Rotaract club members were accompanied by the Rotaract car which also decorated with slogans, the theme being unity
